Anna Faulk, Owner

I love living in Colorado and experiencing what Colorado has to offer. I river raft, hike, bike, snowboard, cross country ski, and spend as much time on a mountain as I can. I also love to read and sit in the sun! I edit young adult novels as a hobby, working with my high school friend turned author, Casey Hays. My husband and I love to spend time with friends and family. We often travel around the country to catch up with our people. We love adventures, especially river rafting. And we love a fun happy hour!

Katy Fiedler, Office Manager

You may know Katy by her nickname, Llama which was coined at Breck Brewery, after a few beers and an embellished story, but did you know how organized and professional she is? Katy is our Office Manager. She has years of experience in management, bookkeeping, and team building. She is organized, attentive to detail, and is knowledgeable in QuickBooks and Excel. Katy is from Rochester, NY but moved to Summit County, CO in 1988 for one ski season…and like many of us, she never left. Thirty years later, she still enjoys all the adventure that this area has to offer. She loves golfing, hiking, skiing, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Dana Vander Dussen, Bookkeeping Manager

Dana Vander Dussen is a bookkeeper with Incline Business Solutions. She is from New Mexico, and has been living in Colorado for some time now with her husband and three children. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has great experience working with clients from a variety of industries and business sectors including construction, real estate, creatives, and local businesses. In her free time, she loves to travel, watch a Rockies game, and ski with her family.

Amanda Stewart, Bookkeeper

Amanda is from Michigan originally and has been in Colorado for 8 years now. She enjoys river rafting, hiking, dirt biking, and just relaxing. She loves adventure, traveling, a great happy hour, and spending time with friends. She is a valuable part of our team as well as managing a construction business. She is an organized and detail oriented person who loves a good challenge.

Michael Zumpino, Senior Bookkeeper and Accounts Supervisor 

Michael Zumpino is originally from Philadelphia and attended James Madison University with a BA in Accounting. In 2000 he headed west to Breckenridge. In 2007 Michael moved to Denver and was a Flight Attendant with Frontier Airlines and retired in 2017.  After retirement, he traveled the world for three months and then re-joined Frontier as a Staff Accountant working in the corporate accounting department focusing on fuel and payroll. Now he is working with us at Incline as an accountant

Tisha Summerhays, Business Administrator

Tisha Summerhays is a Colorado native who loves a mix of city culture and mountain adventures. She is an entrepreneur at heart and started her first business while attending college at CSU. Tisha is Incline Business Essentials’ business administrator and she is a master at streamlining workflow, meeting deadlines, and has an aptitude for problem-solving. When she is not at the office she enjoys spending time with her friends and family.

Rabecca Anderson, Staff Accountant

Rabecca Anderson is originally from Arizona where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. She started doing accounting for a small business as a side job in 2010 and, with a love and affinity for numbers, continued down the accounting path leading her to Incline Business Solutions in December of 2020. Her technology background helps us understand the applications we use to manage and assist our clients. Rabecca enjoys traveling with her husband and 3 children and can often be found in the mountains camping when the weather permits. She loves swimming, reading, photography, and crafts.

Ariel Elliott, Bookkeeping Client Account Manager

Ariel is the wife of a Navy veteran, mother to two beautiful girls, a wonderful son, and a dog mom to three German Shepherds. Although she is a Florida native, she currently lives in Bellbrook, OH- where her husband is from.  When not working, her family enjoys exploring new areas, spending time with their dogs, and thrift/antique shopping! Ariel has experience in governmental and small business accounting. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Keiser University and is a QBO ProAdvisor and Bill Accountant Certified.

Susan Fischer, Executive Administrator

Susan has lived in South Carolina for sixteen years. She has worked previously as an office manager for an investment advisory firm as well as their client relations associate, and she has managed a small family business for over ten years handling the administrative duties associated with that. She is also a South Carolina Realtor part time 🙂 Susan is working remotely and loves being outdoors! Her favorites are hiking, running and paddle boarding on nearby lakes. She loves reading and can often be found buried in a good mystery novel. She’s also a musician and recently joined a wedding and events band as the lead singer!!
