Yes,  we are focused on assisting you. We want to make your life easier and free up time to tend to your own hobbies and families. Part of how we can be there for you is to be there for ourselves.

At Incline Business Essentials, we believe that balancing hard work with personal time is key.  We can be more effective in our work if we value our free time. We work together to allow each other to do the things that fill us with joy.

I love living in Colorado and experiencing what Colorado has to offer. I river raft, hike, bike, snowboard, cross country ski, and spend as much time on a mountain as I can. I also love to read and sit in the sun! I edit young adult novels as a hobby, working with my high school friend turned author, Casey Hays. My husband and I love to spend time with friends and family. We often travel around the country to catch up with our people. We love adventures, especially river rafting. And we love a fun happy hour!

Dana Vander Dussen is a bookkeeper with Incline Business Solutions. She is from New Mexico, and has been living in Colorado for some time now with her husband and three children. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has great experience working with clients from a variety of industries and business sectors including construction, real estate, creatives, and local businesses. In her free time, she loves to travel, watch a Rockies game, and ski with her family.

Ariel is the wife of a Navy veteran, mother to two beautiful girls, a wonderful son, and a dog mom to three German Shepherds. Although she is a Florida native, she currently lives in Bellbrook, OH- where her husband is from.  When not working, her family enjoys exploring new areas, spending time with their dogs, and thrift/antique shopping! Ariel has experience in governmental and small business accounting. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Keiser University and is a QBO ProAdvisor and Bill Accountant Certified.

Amanda is from Michigan originally and has been in Colorado for 8 years now. She enjoys river rafting, hiking, dirt biking, and just relaxing. She loves adventure, traveling, a great happy hour, and spending time with friends. She is a valuable part of our team as well as managing a construction business. She is an organized and detail oriented person who loves a good challenge.

A native Coloradan, Deidre’s career focus has always been in construction. Before joining the Incline Team, Deidre worked for a general contractor for over 15 years doing everything like accounting, owner draws, management, field administration, training, subcontractor compliance and so much more.  Before that, she worked for a client who owned/built apartment complexes. Recently, she wanted to step back from the high stress and focus on the things she enjoyed, which are subcontractor compliance and owner draws. She feels lucky to have found the Incline Team! Her favorite thing to work on is owner draws/billings! She enjoys the puzzle of putting them all together and balancing a project to make sure they are completely billed and paid for the work that was performed. 

Personally, Deidre has a son who lives in Belgium and 3 daughter dogs. She loves to read, play online games with her son, son-in-law, and husband (Catan is their favorite), and watch crimes shows.

Naomi Hirshfield  was born and raised in northern California.

She is married and has 3 daughters. She loves to watch her oldest play softball and her middle daughter cheer for her high school football team.

Some of her hobbies include walks, camping, shopping, traveling, SF giants games, but mostly just spending time with her family. 

Dana has been in accounting since the early 90s with multi-experience in Private, Government and Non-Profit. She loves Accounting!

She lives in Biloxi, MS and says they have the prettiest sunsets/sunrises & moonrises and best FOOD!

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, fishing with her dad and anything nature.

Tayler has dedicated more than 20 years assisting small businesses, non-profits and government entities with their accounting needs and financial goals. She understands that every business is unique, whether they are in the start-up phase or looking to scale significantly.

She enjoys creating and implementing solutions for business owners that will make their lives easier, so that they can focus on running and growing the things that they are passionate about.

Tayler is a graduate of West Texas A&M University and holds her QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification. When she’s not helping her clients, Tayler loves going on fun adventures with her daughter, Nova, in San Antonio, Texas.

Robyn is originally from Texas, she balances her professional expertise with a deep love for the outdoors—hiking, biking, gardening, and discovering new places are some of her favorite pastimes. When she’s not exploring nature, Robyn enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters and three grandsons, who keep her inspired and energized.
